See, I had a problem. As a musical director with 20 years experience leading choirs, I kept butting up against the same issue. A room full of people seeking joy? Not the problem.

A room full of musical skills ranging from beginner to professional? Problem.
How could I deliver joy to everyone without making one side of the room musically intimidated or the other musically bored??
Then one night – POW!!!!…. the solution hit me. Footy, netball, soccer…every sports team under the sun does it. A grading system so every skill level is catered for. Why did I not think of this before?!
